Our Purpose
Our mission is to promote truth, beauty, and goodness through the publication of literature embodying these virtues. Our aim is to print time-tested, beautifully written, finely illustrated, and original (unabridged and non-redacted) books. In end, books that will spur the coming generations toward Christian virtue and lion-hearted courage.
A Small History:
We are a family owned and operated business located in Florida. This venture began with our desire to purchase Western Classics which were as the author intended: containing the original text, beautiful and sturdy enough to be multi-generational. We found that most publishers omit one of these crucial elements. The most surprising find, to us, was that many publishers would omit or alter the richest portions of a book and do so without notifying the reader.
We seek to share the truth, publishing literature as your great-great-grandparents would have remembered when these were classics worth reading. Our vision is to continue to increase the titles and by so doing, circulate the ideas which made them classics in the first place. Christians have been influenced by these ideas for millennia and built lasting empires upon them. Let us increase the circulation of the true Western Classics.

Lionhearted Heritage
Lionheart Heritage Press draws its name from the lionhearted legacy of Christian heroes who confronted evil and defended truth even unto death.

From the early Church, Polycarp, faced martyrdom with unyielding faith rather than deny Christ. Athanasius stood “against the world” (Athanasius contra mundum) to defend the divinity of Christ amid persistent heresy, suffering repeated exile for the truth.

The Crusaders took up the cross to defend Christendom from conquest and persecution, marching under the banner of faith with the cry “Deus Vult” — God wills it.

William Tyndale boldly translated the Bible into English so ordinary believers could read God’s Word, paying for it with his life. Martin Luther ignited the Reformation with his bold stand: “Here I stand. I can do no other.”

George Washington, trusting in Divine Providence, led the fight for liberty against tyranny.

These are but a few of the lionhearted Christians — martyrs, translators, pioneers, reformers, knights, leaders, artists, farmers, politicians— who refused to compromise or bow to fear.

Lionheart Heritage Press exists to honor and preserve this strong Christian heritage, inspiring new generations to live with the same unwavering and lionhearted courage.

A hymn inspired by King Richard I, the Lionheart:
Rise again, ye lion-hearted, saints of early Christendom.
Whither is your strength departed, wither gone your martyrdom?
Lo, love’s light is on them, glory’s flame upon them
And their will to die doth quell, even the lord and prince of hell.

These the men by fear unshaken, facing danger dauntlessly;
These no witching lust hath taken, lust that lures to vanity.
Mid the roar and rattle of tumultuous battle
In desire they soar above all that earth would have them love.

Great of heart, they know not turning, honor, gold they laugh to scorn.
Quench desires within them burning, by no earthly passion torn.
Mid the lions’ roaring, songs of praise out poring,
Joyously they take their stand on the arena’s bloody sand.

Would to God that I might even, as the martyred saints of old,
With the helping hand of Heaven, steadfast stand in battle bold!
O my God, I pray thee, in the combat stay me.
Grant that I may ever be loyal, stanch, and true to Thee.

Rise again, ye lion-hearted, saints of modern Christendom
With lesser loves ye now be parted, Soldiers in His “age to come”
Lo, our Lord commands us, triumph’s promise is upon us
And our will to fight doth quell, even the lord and prince of hell

Contra Mundum, Pro Mundo
Contra mundum means "against the world"; standing in opposition to prevailing culture, popular opinion, error, or evil, often at great personal cost.
Pro mundo means "for the world"; thus, not out of hatred or withdrawal, but out of love, to redeem and bless the world for Christ.

"In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
John 16:33

Your Kingdom come.
